What days do you ship?

We ship every Thursday from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland. 

We need a few days to fulfill your order. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

How much is shipping?

We offer a €7 flat rate for shipping.

Where do you ship?

Wherever you are. We ship worldwide.

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?

All charges are included for the EU orders.

For other countries duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country. Taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the customer's responsibility and is collected at the time of delivery.

How soon will my order arrive once placed?

Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days after dispatching within the EU. Allow around 2-3 weeks for international orders. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

Return Policy

We offer no-fuss returns. If you don't like it, send it back and we'll refund the cost of the products. We'd love to know why, but it's up to you to share.
